What can I keep in a moment?
Photos, videos, text and voice notes, with optional mood, place and weather. Keep only the details that matter to you.
What is free, and what is Premium?
The free experience includes creating moments, collections and the most recent 30 days. Premium provides access to the older archive. Check the app for the features included in your plan.
Does tagging someone share my memory?
A tag is not an access grant. Private sharing uses invitations and recipient permissions. Sharing a card exports the details you choose outside the app.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel renewal in your Apple account settings. Premium access continues through the paid period; older archive access then depends on an active plan. See the terms and privacy policy for retention and deletion details.
Where are my older memories?
Check that you are signed into the right account and that filters are cleared. Memories older than 30 days require verified Premium access. If purchase or restore fails, contact support—do not create a second account.
Need help signing in or restoring a purchase?
Use password recovery for the account you registered. Check spam and allow a few minutes for delivery. Beta and live passwords can differ. Restore with the Apple account used for the purchase; TestFlight purchases use a separate test environment.
